  • For all fine limit sheet metal and fabrication requirements, we are a small company established since 1974, employing 30 skilled personnel.
  • Welding: Gas welding and cutting, also plasma cutting, arc welding, argon welding and CO2 continuous welding (Steel & Aluminium) Stud welding , Brazing and silver soldering.
  • Steel Spot Welding: On 30KVA floor standing machines and portable 22KVA swinging jib suspended welders
  • Punching: To fine limits on two state of the art Wiedermann Centrum CNC’s 50 tons x 40 station punching machines. Also three fully equipped 25 ton Piercalls and Steelworker with very extensive tooling for the above.
  • Fasteners & Bushing Etc: Hankbushing up to M12, Nutserts from M2 to M8 including all U.N.C. sizes, flange forms M3 to M10. All bushes, studs and stand-offs etc, on Pneumatic inserting machine.
  • Folding: Two 1500mmx25 ton Promecams, one 1500mmx35 ton twin CNC control and two2500mmx70 ton twin axis CNCcontrol.
